The video bank teller will be responsible for communicating with customers on video calls through an interactive teller machine (ITM) to assist them with check deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, credit card payments, updating personal information, troubleshooting online banking accounts (ex: getting logged out; helping them get back in), and going over account disputes. Not responsible for loan applications or opening accounts. handles a minimum of 30 video calls per day. the days after holidays are super busy so they can answer up to 80 video calls per day as a maximum since the calls tend to be pretty short in duration (5 minutes or less). The Client First Center Video Banker is a position where the Banker's responsibilities include engaging with customers through a variety of support channels, which mainly includes incoming ITM (interactive teller machine) sessions and transactions, or email, social media and/or online chat. The Video Banker is responsible for providing customer transaction services using video enabled interactive teller technology (ITM) via two ways, and represents First Financial Bank well by presenting a positive, professional image and meeting or exceeding customer expectations. interact with customers while on video and they can see the customers on video as well. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: -Monitor technical problems and correct deficiencies; monitor processing systems for efficient utilization. -Answer customer inquiries relating to bank products and services. -Inquires may be received via ITM session delivered through ITM routing technology or through digital channels such as email, social media and online chat. -Recognize sales opportunities and refer clients to sales associates Remain current on products, services, policies and procedures -Resolve customer inquiries or issues with respect to any loan product offered by First Financial Bank Resolve customer issues through account research and utilization of support materials and resources -Perform customer account transaction and maintenance activities accurately -Strive for first contact resolution of customer inquiries, transactions and problem resolution -Escalate customer requests requiring additional knowledge or expertise as defined by department leadership Metrics they are held to: 100% call documentation Quality: 2 evals per week by team: 98% is the goal Calls: 3min 10 sec average or less Calls Handled needs to be at 100%: they have 0 tolerance for call avoidance. You have to physically answer the call since you're on camera rather than it automatically starting like a call center. *Skills* customer service, troubleshooting, computer support *Top Skills Details* customer service,troubleshooting,computer support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Preferred skills: banking background bachelors degree Experience being held to KPI's such as (Quality audit scores , time to document, handle time, and percentage of calls answered). -resume disqualifiers: someone who doesn't have much background in customer service (ex: someone with only data entry experience, social work, home health care people, etc.) Client is specifically seeking candidates who embody "positive body language" along with someone who is extremely customer service oriented. An example given by client is someone who naturally apologizes for any inconvenience the customer may be experiencing.
