*Job Description*
Join a locally owned, community-focused organization as a Customer Service Representative. You will work with a dynamic team that supports some of the nation's most recognized brands, including Lowe's, Amazon, Target, and Walmart. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a diverse and inclusive workplace that values growth, professionalism, and long-term career development. *Responsibilities* * Handle work ticket orders for national accounts received electronically or by phone, with an emphasis on outbound calls * Accurately qualify and verify customer service requests * Check technicians in and out and book and dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors or internal divisions * Manage customer service requests to ensure timely, knowledgeable, and satisfactory resolution * Complete additional duties as assigned *Essential Skills* * At least one year of customer service experience, with a preference for retail experience over traditional call center roles * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs * Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high call volumes *Additional Skills and Qualifications* * Previous call center experience is a plus * Demonstrated job stability, with at least one year in each prior role * Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment *Why Work Here?* This company offers unlimited growth opportunities upon permanent hire and has experienced 500% growth over the past five years. Daily call volume averages approximately 150 inbound and 25 outbound calls. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
