Dealership Sales Professional Job Description Join our team in Southern California as a Dealership Sales Professional, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking durable, lightweight pop-up truck campers. If you have a passion for camping and helping others find the right equipment for their outdoor adventures, and have experience in direct sales with CRM skills, this role could be an ideal fit for you. Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers by phone, email, and in person at the showroom. * Manage leads and maintain a disciplined CRM process using HubSpot. * Build relationships with customers and understand their needs. * Learn the product thoroughly and explain features, benefits, and available options. * Provide hands-on product demonstrations and answer technical questions. * Prepare quotes, explain financing options, and communicate delivery timelines. * Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals. * Attend trade shows and events. * Capture simple photo and video content. * Coordinate with the factory to ensure accurate orders and smooth deliveries. * Maintain a clean and updated showroom with current model displays. * Participate in weekly sales and marketing meetings. Essential Skills * Experience in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. * Ten or more years of sales experience, preferably in outdoor, automotive, or RV-related industries. * Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with customers. * Organizational skills and ability to work independently. * Technical aptitude and willingness to learn detailed product information. * Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Genuine passion for camping and remote outdoor travel. * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Why Work Here? Work Environment The office is currently located in Rancho Cucamonga and will be moving to Santa Fe in a year. Work hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with additional event weekends. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $95000.00/yr. Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits United Healthcare Select Plus Gold, Silver, or HDHP Kaiser Bronze HMO HDHP, Silver HMO, or Gold HMO Cypress Dental PPO Low Plan or PPO High Plan VSP PPO Plan for Vision Four Wheel Campers pays 80% for employees and 50% for dependents medical premium. 100% Company Paid Benefits Basic Life and AD&D - $50,000 for employees, $10,000 for spouses, and $2,000 per Child(ren). Long Term Disability - up to $6,000 per month after 30 days' waiting period. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Other Company Benefits Available to Employees Voluntary Life and AD&D - coverage for employee, spouse/domestic partner, and employee's children at group rates (employee max $250,000 coverage) 401K/401K Roth - Employee Retirement Plan w/ Safe Harbor - company will match 100% of employee deferral amount up to 4% and employee balance is vested at 100% Payroll Advances - after one year of service, employees are eligible to apply for a payroll advance in the following amounts, $500, $1000, and $1500. Vacation Cashout Request - employees may request a vacation payout of from accrued and unused balance, up to 40 hours once per year. Work from Home (WFH) - for applicable office roles, there is an option to work from home one day per month or two half days per month with manager approval.
