Position Title:Treasury Management Support Coordinator Business Unit:Treasury Management Reports to:Varies by Assignment Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for the setup and implementation of Treasury Management services. The incumbent trains clients on services, answers questions and resolves problems. Escalates issues to Level 2 Support when identified. Monitors the tracking database making sure all work queues are within established SLA's. Works closely with management on a daily basis and identify any processes that are not performing as expected. The incumbent serves as a key resource for the Treasury Management Operations staff in terms of setup and client issues. Primary Responsibilities: Prepares and processes transactions while meeting deadlines. Clients receive feedback and communication when "outages" or "processes" are down. Support representatives in chat or email helping to provide direction for escalations. Trains new and current Treasury Management Operations staff on relevant technology and systems.Query support for clients and sales team. Trains clients on new services and/or existing products.Monitors training schedules. Identifies additional training needs internally and externally. Works with Management and provides direction on tools to help staff. Reviews and inputs daily client processingitems. Monitors incoming call volumes and allocates resources when necessary. Serves as primary contact when the manager is not available to address customer outreach of varying natures. Works with the Management and Systems Analysts on new client set up obligations. Assists with Treasury Management Department policies and procedures and conducts updates when necessary. Assists the Manager of Treasury Management Operations and the Treasury Management Systems Analyst in department disaster recovery procedures and testing. Works with the Manager of Treasury Management Operations and the Treasury Management Systems Analyst on testing system upgrades and training staff on changes to processes prior to upgrades being installed to production environment. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
