These are the qualifications that matter.

• 4+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general business systems
• Experience supporting order entry, production coordination, or sales workflows preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and customers
• Ability to build relationships and provide strong customer service support
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment while maintaining confidentiality
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel as needed
• Ability to perform light physical tasks (lifting boxes, walking, standing, bending as needed)
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders, production orders, stock orders, and RMAs
• Support the sales team through sourcing, order coordination, and bid tracking (including maintaining bid logs and tracking wins/losses)
• Print and manage order control copies and backorder documentation
• Assign and process transactions related to production, plating, and rework
• Create and manage product labels, including special labeling as required
• Communicate shortages and order updates with purchasing and internal teams
• Expedite purchase orders and update tracking information in the system
• Maintain accurate records and workflows to support production and sales operations
• Follow up on bids and coordinate tasks with project managers and outside sales teams
• Develop working knowledge of part numbers and internal systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
