As our Controller, you'll play a key role in strengthening our financial foundation, supporting strategic decisions, and helping ensure we continue to grow, invest, and innovate for decades to come. Job DescriptionThis is a leadership role at the center of the organization's financial operations and future growth. Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Controller will lead the day-to-day accounting function while helping shape financial strategy, strengthen processes, and build a high-performing finance team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance accuracy and compliance with forward-thinking insight, turning financial data into meaningful guidance for business decisions. The ideal candidate brings manufacturing experience, a passion for developing people, and a track record of improving systems, processes, and financial visibility to help organizations scale and succeed. Hiring Range: $150,000-$185,000 annually plus bonus All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
