Operations Coordin GAC Tulsa Unique Skills: Technician Skills Trainer Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. 6 years related Bonding required. Position Purpose: The Manufacturing Composite Bonder Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating handson technical training for composite bonding processes in a production environment. This role ensures technicians are skilled in composite layup, bonding, curing, and repair procedures while maintaining strict adherence to aviation safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. The Trainer will partner closely with production leadership, quality teams, and engineering to strengthen workforce capability and support operational excellence. Must be available to conduct training on any shift and travel as necessary.

High School Diploma or GED required. 4 years of related manufacturing assembly or aircraft maintenance experience. Q-stamp preferred.
Position Purpose:
The Operations Coordinator is considered an extension of leadership and performs under the direction of the Operations Manager, Department Coordinator, or Aircraft Coordinator if appropriate. This position is a working coordinator who is responsible for various duties as assigned, including but not limited to, providing Technical leadership throughout the day to day activities, Training, and Daily Work Plan development and execution.
