Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hebron, KY

We're looking for a driven, people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us attract and hire top talent across the organization. In this role, you'll partner with hiring managers and HR to manage full-cycle recruiting while creating an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and maintain accurate recruiting data
• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 0-5 years of recruiting experience preferred - we're open to training the right candidate with strong organizational skills and a desire to grow in Talent Acquisition
• Ability to manage multiple roles at once
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Experience with recruiting or HR systems preferred
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
