AIS is supporting federal customer with a program focused on architecture and infrastructure.

• Responsible for new cloud architecture design, development and integration of new architectural features into existing cloud infrastructures while maintaining the integrity and security of enterprise-wide cyber systems and networks.

• Lead multi-disciplined teams in the design and implementation of the cybersecurity system architecture.

• Able to apply cyber security standards, directives, guidance and policies to a cloud architectural framework.

• Compile industry best practices and lessons learned into future iterations and new designs for the cloud hosting environment.

• Provide broad based experience in the systems engineering lifecycle and specific cyber security initiatives relating to cloud architectural design and development.

• Resolve cloud architecture implementation issues during integration and test.

• Interface with different entities - internal and external to the enterprise.

• Considered a recognized authority within the company.

• Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative.

• Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience supporting, designing, and engineering research, development, or experimental systems in secure or missionfocused environments.

• Extensive experience designing, integrating, and operating complex systems across cloud, onpremises, and hybrid environments to support research and prototyping efforts.

• Strong handson experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or others), including automation, system optimization, scalability, and secure system operations.

• Solid understanding of system and cloud security principles, including access controls, monitoring, configuration management, vulnerability mitigation, and compliance considerations.

• Active Secret clearance or higher, with ability to support classified or missioncritical research programs.

• IAT Level II certification (DoD 8570/8140 compliant) and one or more cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Experience supporting DoD/IC programs and mission systems.
