The Position:

The Surveyor will perform various surveying functions on projects throughout Wisconsin.

Payne & Dolan islooking for a self-motivated, results-oriented, problem-solver who has a desire to be part of our growing land surveying team. The candidate should be proficient in the following roles and responsibilities.

• Operate land surveying tools (GNSS & Robotic Total Station)

• Establish and maintain site survey control networks

• Complete PLSS & property record research

• Perform various types of field survey activities; boundary surveys, topographical surveys and construction layout.

• Collect and process digital field data

• Prepare boundary, topographic & utility maps in AutoCAD Civil3D

• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a surveyor.

• Strong communication and time-management skills are required.

• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or applicable experience.

• Certified Survey Technician Level 1 desired

• Carlson SURVPC, Trimble Access, AutoCAD Civil3D or Trimble Business Center experience

• sUAS Part 107 license or terrestrial scanning experience
