Job Description
Pay range: $38-$50.50/hour, plus annual bonus and eligibility for overtime Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. Benefits Information: *Day 1 Medical, supplemental health, dental & vision for FT employees who work 30+ hours The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the coordination of activities and ensuring timely flow of information for the Sr. VP of Clinical Solutions and team. Position handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature and must function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environment. Position will have a proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, screen and prioritize communications and opportunities from external and internal sources, and the ability to organize and maintain administrative processes is essential to this position. This position is hybrid and will require 3 days on site at Quest Diagnostics' HQ in Secaucus, NJ. There may be the occasional need to be on site 4-5 days per week. Responsibilities:
