Role Summary The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) - Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) serves as a senior operational leader supporting the execution and advancement of the organization's C-UAS programs for Government and commercial clients. The DPM assists in coordinating program activities, operational planning, technology integration, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery of counter-UAS capabilities designed to protect personnel, facilities, and critical infrastructure. This position works closely with the Program Manager to ensure the successful execution of operational programs while coordinating with internal teams, technical partners, and customer stakeholders to maintain operational readiness and mission effectiveness. WORKING CONDITIONS Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment with frequent interruptions. Standard business hours are Monday-Friday, however occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Hybrid work may be available based on department guidelines and business requirements. Travel for this position is estimated to be at 40%. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Perform all physical duties including lifting/moving heavy objects, standing outdoors for prolonged periods, and withstanding exposure to weather conditions. Physical tasks include lifting, lowering, carrying, pushing, or moving objects up to 150 pounds. Intermittent standing or prolonged sitting, walking, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and handling work-related supplies and tools. -
