Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM (Or until the job is done)

Requirements: What It Takes to Be Part of This Crew

• 1+ years of landscape maintenance experience
• Can work independently and keep a steady pace
• Knows the basics of irrigation, fertilizing, or weed control (preferred)
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and stay active on your feet

What You'll Be Doing on the Grounds

• Pick up trash throughout the property, including driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, hallways, and other common areas.
• Keep dumpster and trash receptacle areas clean and orderly.
• Clean common areas using tools such as power blowers and pressure washers (breezeways, sidewalks, pool areas, etc.).
• Maintain landscaping, including flowerbeds, plants, grass, and general grounds upkeep.
• Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance as needed.
• Remove snow and maintain safe walkways during inclement weather.
• Walk the property regularly to ensure cleanliness and address debris.
• Maintain and restock dog waste stations.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for cleanliness and safety; report maintenance issues.
• Assist with posting notices or other basic property support tasks.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding work progress and any concerns.
• Provide courteous and helpful service to residents and visitors.
• Attend required training and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
