Position Details

  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Location: Position is primarily remote with occasional on-site meetings
  • Salary Range: Starting range $74,838.40 - $86,070.40/hour (Where an applicant may fall on the salary range will vary based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience & education)

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders and project leaders to define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct stakeholder and user impact analysis to inform planning, communication, and implementation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters and detailed project plans outlining scope, timeline, work breakdown structures, risks and assumptions, roles and responsibilities.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring accountability, collaboration, and timely execution.
  • Facilitate project meetings, manage agendas, track action items, and provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Support organizational change efforts by developing communication and implementation plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes or systems.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation Hindsight meetings, gather lessons learned, and recommend process improvements to enhance project delivery practices
  • Any and all other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a project coordination, operations, clinical, administrative, or team leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience leading meetings, coordinating cross-functional work, and managing initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, facilitate discussions, and build relationships across departments


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience supporting or coordinating projects through planning, implementation, and follow-up phases.
  • Exposure to healthcare operations, clinical workflows, or healthcare technology environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Smartsheet


Foundational knowledge of project management principles (coursework or certification)

Certifications/Licenses:



  • CAPM or CPM preferred.
