Overview of the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical individual to join Chief Operating & Financial Officer (COFO) Finance as a Senior Manager supporting Prospect to Cash. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to Prospect to Cash, focusing on delivering the annual budget and supporting the strategic transformation and modernization of this part of the sales cycle. This role will help drive workforce strategy, modernize legacy processes, and support executive dialogue on capital allocation aligned to a multi year business transformation. You will support the COFO on strategic priorities and Executive Leadership team and Board level reviews of transformation progress. The Senior Manager will own the annual budget, including close, forecast, and reporting for Corporate. The Senior Manager will conduct quarterly budget reviews with the Executive Vice President (EVP) Global Go-To-Market (GTM) Planning and Prospect to Cash Innovation, and support strategic analysis on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate is a finance professional ideally with a strong background in SaaS business models, advanced data analysis, and cross-functional leadership. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and strategic partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Business Partner for Prospect to Cash: Drive the annual budget process, orchestrate month-end close and rolling forecast processes, ensure accuracy and synchronization across the remit in COFO and across Salesforce engaging all Finance stakeholders

  • Transformation: Act as a strategic partner to advise the Prospect to Cash organization on capital allocation, workforce transformation, and support quarterly reviews with CEO/Executive Leadership Team (ELT)

  • Executive Presentation: Translate complex financial results into concise, actionable insights for the COFO and ELT

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a strategic partner across Finance, providing financial rigor and support on major company initiatives

  • Scale Systems & Processes: Drive the continuous improvement of FP&A software and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to automate manual consolidation and increase reporting speed

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:8+ years of experience in a highly analytical role (e.g., Finance, Business Operations). Exposure to B2B SaaS business models preferred.

  • Financial Modeling: Complex Excel modeling experience and the ability to build "what-if" scenarios that stress-test business drivers and long-range plans

  • Relationships: Exceptional relationship-building skills demonstrated by ability to grow and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and financial concepts into clear, actionable business recommendations for executive audiences

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Core Competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.
