Principle Responsibilities:

• Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship in the day-to-day activities of Business Manager, working independently.
• Work closely with distributors i.e., providing new item set-ups, suggested order quantities, eliminating overstocks while communicating status to field sales force.
• Run and analyze market information (i.e., Nielsen, Empower It), with ability to draw conclusions
• Use data analytics to forecast quantities to meet demand of promotional events.
• Track Presentations and Category Reviews submitted to Military Exchange headquarters and DeCA, analyzing final results for future presentations and planning.
• Interfacing with Field Sales, Principals, Exchange Headquarters Distributors, Military Buyers and Commissary Patrons.
• Perform ad hoc requests for business manager as deemed necessary for service to client and customer.
• Coordinate distribution of product samples and coupons to retail services team.
• Monthly syndicated data analysis of assigned categories and manufacturer businesses.
• Measure in store manufacturer specific display compliance.
• Gap Reports/New Item Speed to Shelf tracking and follow-up.
• Special projects and other tasks that may be assigned as needed.
• Manage performance with the creation and updating of a client specific scorecard.
• Assist the Business Manager with the overall management of clients.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Well developed Interpersonal skills, organized, multi-tasked, team player, creative, sense of urgency, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Accurate Data Entry Skills.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree
• 4 year college degree preferred
• 5 years of related experience in a similar capacity
