| Duties & Responsibilities |
- Oversees the
production of diverse multimedia marketing materials for the University of Arizona's Campus Stores. This includes videos, graphics, and interactive content that effectively promote services and engage target audiences. - Oversees the
development and launch of marketing materials across both print & digital platforms. - Ensures that
all materials align with established branding guidelines and existing campaign strategies, maintaining the consistency and integrity of the overall marketing visions - Designs
visually compelling promotional content for all digital platforms including plasma screens and totems by crafting graphics and other digital assets that effectively communicate promotional messages and attract attention. - Leads the
design, illustration, and layout creation for a wide range of marketing materials across multiple formats, including digital and print. This includes:
- Digital media:
Emails, websites, mobile interfaces, presentations, digital ads, animated graphics, and digital signage. - Creates and
curates engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written copy. - Print media:
Advertisements, postcards, brochures, magazines, newsletters, banners, posters, and various displays. - Brand identity:
Logos, campaign visuals, 3D displays, signage, apparel designs, and other promotional items. - Photography/videography:
Develops concepts and designs that integrate multimedia elements, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling.
- Incorporates
animated graphics into digital marketing strategies, using tools such as digital displays, plasma screens, and other electronic communication methods to enhance engagement and visibility. - Acts as a key
liaison between the Marketing and IT departments to ensure smooth collaboration on all web-based projects. This includes coordinating efforts to optimize websites and digital platforms for marketing initiatives. - Develops and
codes user-friendly web interfaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users across devices, while maintaining brand consistency and design quality. - Processes, edits,
and enhances both photographs and videos to create high-quality marketing content. - Collaborates
with team members from the design department to produce and finalize marketing deliverables, ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet assigned deadlines. - Additional
duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge expertise in Mac-based software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, and Acrobat.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge in retail marketing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving digital marketing platforms, technologies, and trends.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally lift, transport/move a maximum of 50 lbs.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor's
degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required. - Three years relevant work experience, including retail marketing.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims.
