As part of the People Experience team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality People and Culture (P&C) support and service excellence to our employees and P&C Business Partners across the organization. You will serve as a primary contact point for employee queries, provide accurate advice on P&C policies and processes, and support operational activities that enable a consistent, efficient, and empathetic customer experience.

We're looking for a peoplecentric problem solver who thrives on delivering exceptional support and bringing clarity to complex People and Culture questions. In this role, you will sit at the heart of the employee experience, guiding employees and leaders across the full lifecycle and resolving issues with empathy, accuracy, and care. You will collaborate closely with Business Partners and global People teams to ensure consistent service, strong governance, and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact every day, shape how people processes work in practice, and be a trusted point of support during key moments in an employee's journey.



What you offer

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience, ideally within financial services, insurance or audit environments
  • Strong collaborative mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail paired with solid critical thinking, problemsolving and customer service capabilities
  • Ability to work independently while proactively escalating issues clearly and effectively when needed
  • Strong ability to interpret complex verbal and written information to identify potential conflicts of interest and areas of regulatory or compliance risk
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Oracle PeopleSoft HR, ServiceNow (case management) and PEGA (starter, transfer, and leaver processes) is an advantage
