Widener University's Delaware Law School is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to support the faculty and needs of the Law School. This position plays a key role in supporting initiatives that promote student achievement and bar exam readiness. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, the Administrative Support Specialist provides essential administrative and operational support to the law school's academic programs. This role supports the effective functioning of Academic Affairs by assisting faculty with courserelated needs, coordinating academic programming, and serving as a reliable point of contact for students seeking guidance on academic processes and resources. Key responsibilities include administrative work supporting faculty, assist with organizing academic events and workshops, maintaining attendance and related academic data, and supporting the implementation of academic policies and initiatives. The Administrative Support Specialist also assists with routine copying and documentpreparation needs for faculty, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of course materials and exams. Additionally, the position plays an important role in connecting students with appropriate academic services, facilitating communication between faculty and students, and assisting with scheduling, inquiries, and general administrative tasks that advance the law school's academic mission.
