Widener University is currently seeking a Student Financial Services Representative in the Office of the Bursar/Enrollment Services. Reporting to Associate Bursar, this role is responsible for assisting all University students and staff with transactions for Financial Aid, Bursar, Registrar, One Card. In addition, the Student Financial Services Representative is responsible for answering a wide variety of questions posed by potential and current students, staff, faculty, and visitors to the University. This position is a full-time, in person role. Reporting to the Associate Bursar, the Student Financial Services Representative serves as a primary point of contact for students, staff, faculty, and visitors seeking assistance with Financial Aid, Bursar, Registrar, and One Card services. This role provides front-line support by processing transactions, addressing inquiries, and delivering accurate, timely information across a wide range of student service areas.
