None POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
The Afognak Commercial Group, LLC Chief Operating Officer (ACG COO) is the principal executive vested with management and control of the daily operations and affairs of Afognak Commercial Group, LLC ("ACG") and all ACG's subsidiaries. The ACG COO reports to the Afognak Native Corporation CEO. The ACG COO formulates and executes short- and long-term commercial strategies including Board level strategic guidance when provided by the CEO. The ACG COO establishes policy, develops and implements administrative procedures, and controls subsidiary-wide infrastructure and activities for each line of business. Each ACG subsidiary is managed by a Subsidiary President or Director of Operations, who handles day-to-day operational activities. For certain ACG subsidiaries, the ACG COO may also serve as President, Member Representative or a Director. The position is based at the Afognak Native Corporation headquarters in Anchorage, Alaska. 1. Management and Supervision of Subsidiary Operations:
