Job Description: Title: Senior Director, AI Application Delivery (Corporate AI) Reports to: SVP, Chief Digital & AI Officer Location: Norwalk, CT or Remote US Position Summary: The Senior Director, AI Application Delivery leads endtoend delivery of enterprise AI initiatives-from intake and prioritization through design, build, deployment, adoption, and value realization. You will run the Corporate AI delivery engine, orchestrating crossfunctional teams to implement agentic AI (AI agents, copilots, decision intelligence), machine learning, and automation across core manufacturing platforms (Oracle ERP & JDE, Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Field Service, and adjacent systems). Solutions must be secure, scalable, compliant, and measurable, delivering clear business outcomes in production. The ideal candidate brings credible, handson delivery leadership, deep understanding of the AI lifecycle and LLMOps, and a track record of shipping value at scale in industrial/manufacturing enterprises. Travel: 10-25% The salary range for this position is $177-300-$236,400. This is the US national average for this position. The salary range may be higher or lower depending on the applicant's location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and/or long-term incentive.
