In this role you will oversee all aspects of the operation, from the receipt of raw farm milk-including its evaluation and quality testing-to the batching, processing, packaging, and storage of finished goods. As the Operator you are expected to work independently, lead subordinate staff, and ensure compliance with all local, State, and Federal food safety regulations.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Operate advanced dairy processing equipment, overseeing batching, pasteurization, and packaging.
- Manage raw milk intake, including evaluation, transportation, and acceptance.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility sanitation.
