Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Coordinator, Entry-Level Recruitment to support summer associate and on-campus recruiting programs, entry-level efforts, including sourcing, assessing, and presenting candidates. The Coordinator will also assist with firm events, lawyer orientation and onboarding, budget tracking, work closely with other members of the entry-level recruitment team and people & development department, and assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work proactively with the local office Hiring committee, Director, Entry-Level Recruitment, Manager of Entry-Level Recruitment, US, and other entry-level recruiters across the firm to anticipate and determine summer associate and entry-level hiring needs and goals.

  • Coordinate recruiting activities related to the summer program, on-campus interviews, and in-office interviews.

  • Coordinate screener interviews and callback interviews during active recruiting cycle.

  • Prepare for Hiring Committee meetings during the summer program and during active recruitment.

  • Oversee Hiring Committee year-round.

  • Assist with tasks related to law school recruiting.

  • Mentor and delegate tasks to summer intern(s).

  • Record and update applicant information, including related recruiting expenses.

  • Assist with local onboarding and integration for lawyers.

  • Brainstorm, create, and implement any new processes for the entry-level recruitment team.

  • Responsible for the events budget for the summer program.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant recruitment, human resources, or legal industry experience.

  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 6 years of relevant recruitment, human resources, or legal industry experience.

  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment highly preferred.

  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills; both written and verbal.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, responsiveness, and excellent organizational skills.

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Adobe Acrobat.

  • Overtime is required for this position, especially during the summer program, OCI, and call-back days. Overtime can be in excess of 20 hours a week.

  • Position requires overnight travel for on-campus recruiting events throughout the year.
