Senior Technician - Houston, TX

LubeServ Senior Technician

We're looking for a skilled LubeServ Senior Technician to support field service operations and deliver high-quality lubrication maintenance. This role focuses on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement while providing value to our customers. Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures (PPE, LOTO, JSA/JHA, work permits)
• Work independently and lead in the absence of a Project Lead
• Perform lubrication tasks (greasing, oil changes, filling reservoirs, oil sampling)
• Maintain and service automatic lubrication systems and oil mist generators
• Identify and correct lubrication issues; document completed work
• Operate tools, pumps, filtration systems, and basic fabrication equipment
• Read measurements and use standard hand tools
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of lubricants
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and lifts (as needed)
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plant or industrial experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, maintenance systems)
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in industrial environments and varying weather conditions
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to complete required screenings and site-specific training
• TWIC card preferred (may be waived)

Schedule

• 40-60 hours per week
• Frequent travel required
