About The Position |
As a Senior Social Project Manager on the Edit Solutions team, you will facilitate the execution of sold digital & social editorial sponsorships in collaboration with People Inc.'s premier editorial brands, such as Travel + Leisure, The FeedFeed, Real Simple, Food & Wine, Allrecipes and more. You'll work closely with the editorial teams of these brands across social, onsite, and video, and provide them a single point of contact between sellers, marketers and clients. In this role, you will also oversee social posting & reporting responsibilities for a select group of brands outside of the People Inc portfolio.

This position reports directly to the Associate Director, Project Management within the Edit Solutions team.

Hybrid 3x a week- (New York or Seattle)

In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

About The Team

Edit Solutions is a centralized, brand-aligned team that supports the packaging, operationalization, and execution of sold digital editorial sponsorships across People Inc.'s Lifestyle and Entertainment portfolio. We partner closely with Brand Marketing, Editorial, Video, Social, Sales, and Client Services to translate sold programs into scalable plans, build the infrastructure required for execution, and deliver clear launch guidance across on-site and off-platform channels. Fast-paced, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, our team plays a critical role in protecting revenue, enabling cross-functional execution, and helping editorial sponsorships come to life across as many as 28 brands.

  • Publish and schedule content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and X
  • Manage multiple social posting schedules, content calendars and campaign launch timelines simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution of all sponsored editorial program elements
  • Execute platform-specific publishing requirements, including tagging, links, captions, hashtags, disclosures, and other channel needs
  • Partner closely with Editorial, Video, Social, Account Strategy, and Sales teams to gather approved creative assets, captions, and posting instructions, and ensure seamless execution of sold editorial sponsorships.
  • Ensure all posts align with each brand's guidelines, voice, and platform best practices
  • Track post-level and channel-level performance metrics for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Compile performance reports and highlight key insights, trends, and optimization opportunities

  • Maintain a working knowledge of digital ad solutions and applicable organizational standards
  • Use performance data to inform and improve posting schedules and overall platform strategy
  • Identify and develop solutions for process gaps and inefficiencies
  • Act as the Social expert within the Edit Solutions team, providing training and day-to-day guidance to other team members, as needed

The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Education:

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field, or combined relevant experience
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or clients
  • 3+ years of experience in a client services, account management, digital media planning or project coordinator role is preferred
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics and social analytics tools
  • Experience managing content calendars and posting schedules across several brands at once

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:

  • High attention to detail with consistent follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience using Asana, Airtable or similar project-management tools is a plus
  • Experience developing and managing production timelines to facilitate work across multiple teams

Pay Range

Salary: New York: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 Washington: $80,169.00 - $90,000.00

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
