POSITION SPECIFICS The Student Affairs Generalist serves as a resources to support and provide critical services to the vibrant, inclusive, and student-centered Behrend College environment providing broad-based support across multiple functional areas, including but not limited to student success initiatives, student conduct, student engagement, and orientation; working collaboratively with campus partners to enhance the holistic student experience and ensure students have access to the resources needed for personal, academic, and professional growth. The Generalist will provide advocacy and support to students across a broad spectrum of issues and concerns such as complex behavioral and/or psychological challenges, social or adjustment problems, academic related challenges, and financial insecurity. MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS If filled as Student Affairs Generalist - Intermediate Professional, this position requires: Bachelor's Degree 1+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: None If filled as Student Affairs Generalist - Advanced Professional, this position requires: Master's Degree 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: NoneADDITIONAL INFORMATION Please submit a resume and a cover letter that specifically addresses how your background and experience align with the requirements, qualifications, and responsibilities of the position.
