Please review the job profile below and apply today! The UX Researcher will work with product teams to help develop user-centric designs that are testable and adaptable. This role will be self-directed and collaborative, using best practices for design testing, human factors, and cognitive psychology. The UX Researcher will work with the UX Designers to create prototypes in Figma for user testing. The UX Researcher will meet with users to test designs and provide feedback to the team that is clear, concise, and actionable.What You'll be Doing:

The pay range for this position is listed below. $79,500.00 - $121,500.00This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you'll be joining.
