NA Serial Life & Purchasing Process Specialist

The NA Serial Life & Purchasing Process Specialist supports the North American purchasing organization by ensuring effective execution of serial life activities and adherence to regional processes. This role focuses on day-to-day operational support, data analysis, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives that enable cost efficiency and process compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Assist in the execution of regional process standardization initiatives aligned with global purchasing strategies and compliance requirements
  • Serve as a key point of contact for serial life-related operational topics, coordinating with purchasing, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by documenting processes, identifying best practices, and supporting implementation of enhancements
  • Support training materials and knowledge-sharing initiatives across regional purchasing teams
  • Manage help desk requests related to serial life purchasing processes, ensuring timely resolution
  • Assist with project planning and execution for serial life purchasing and process improvement projects, including task coordination, status reporting, and crossfunctional alignment
  • Lead the Currency Participation Program and Module PayAsBuilt process, ensuring accurate execution, crossfunctional alignment, and adherence to purchasing and financial governance requirements

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or process management roles, preferably within an OEM environment
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with procurement systems and data analysis tools

  • Master's degree
