In this role, the Director of Outlets will lead our Food & Beverage teams in delivering exceptional dining and event experiences across the resort. You and your leadership team are dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction by creating seamless, high-quality service in every outlet, from restaurants and bars to banquets and special events. Your leadership will drive memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression on every guest we serve.



Essential Job Functions:

Strategic & Financial Leadership



  • Oversee all outlets, ensuring alignment with resort goals and service standards
  • Manage and analyze P&Ls, labor costs, food & beverage cost controls, and operating expenses
  • Develop and execute revenue strategies, promotions, and outlet activations
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and margin improvement



Operational Excellence:



  • Ensure seamless daily operations and consistent SPIRE service standards
  • Conduct quality audits to maintain cleanliness, presentation, and brand alignment
  • Partner with the Executive Chef on menu development, costing, and execution
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations



Guest Experience:



  • Foster a culture of personalized, anticipatory service
  • Monitor guest feedback and online reviews; implement action plans as needed
  • Professionally resolve escalated guest concerns



Leadership & Development:



  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop management teams
  • Establish performance expectations and accountability measures
  • Partner with People & Culture on staffing, engagement, and workforce planning



Qualification:

Education



  • A minimum of 4 year degree from an accredited university in business administration, Hospitality Management or related major.



Experience:



  • 5-7 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in a large resort or multi-outlet environment
  • Proven experience managing multiple P&Ls simultaneously
  • Strong financial, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership presence and communication abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
