Looking for multiple energetic and passionate water sport people to teach PE sailing class in Lasers and JF's and be present at our facility on Mascoma Lake when open for public use.
Position Purpose
To provide instruction teaching PE sailing classes and monitor facility when open to the public.
Required Qualifications

  • Experience teaching sailing or in one design dingy racing.
  • Certification for CPR
  • Certification for First Aid
  • Experience working in an athletic environment or have an athletics background


Work Conditions

  • Must be able to carry up to 40 lbs
  • Must be able to work in all types of weather and/or navigate uneven terrain

Preferred Qualifications
FLSA Non-Exempt
Employment Category Temporary Part time
Schedule

  • Able to start work on or around June 26, 2026
  • Must be able to provide their own transportation to the facility.
  • Must be willing to teach 3-hour PE class; 1 to 3 days a week.


And/or
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends when facility is open to public Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until 8pm.
