Social Project Manager - Services

Must have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience within an agency setting, proficiency in AirTable or Opal, and demonstrated experience with creator or publisher partnership tracking.

The Social Project Manager supports "earned" social partnerships, UGC, and creator-led marketing initiatives by managing workflows, timelines, and coordination across internal teams, external partners, and creators. This role focuses on operational excellence-ensuring projects are organized, on track, and delivered efficiently while supporting high-quality, brand-aligned outcomes.

Description: This role is responsible for managing the operational and project management aspects of creator activations across Services initiatives. The Earned Social Project Manager works closely with internal teams, external vendors, and creators to support execution from planning through delivery.

Key responsibilities include:



  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones for Earned Social initiatives.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, or dependencies.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between internal teams, external partners, and creators to support clear communication and alignment.
  • Support project budgeting by tracking expenses and assisting with financial reporting.
  • Coordinate resources and deliverables to support timely and efficient project execution.
  • Ensure creative and messaging deliverables align with established brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and status reports for stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and changes to relevant partners on a regular basis.
  • Support ongoing project coordination, including scheduling, communication, and issue resolution in partnership with crossfunctional teams.


Minimum Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and workflows within creator and social marketing digital content environments.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and creators.
  • Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets across concurrent projects.
  • Experience using project management tools or systems to track work, document progress, and report on status.
  • Experience developing, refining, and implementing project workflows or processes to improve efficiency across cross functional teams.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, or external talent on marketing or social content initiatives.
  • Experience supporting social or digital campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or similar channels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience providing status updates and documentation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, communications, editorial, or creative teams.
