This is an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact, designing intuitive and effective solutions that empower countless individuals to deliver packages safely and efficiently to customers worldwide, directly influencing how millions of items reach their destination every day.

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be at the forefront of defining, building, and maintaining the critical products that power global delivery operations. You will drive both the big-picture vision and rapid execution, delivering immediate results while exploring groundbreaking future opportunities. Your work will focus on creating clarity and efficiency for transporters, guiding them on where to go, what to do, and the best way to get there. This role offers the unique challenge of connecting digital interfaces with real-world physical processes, requiring a deep understanding of user needs and a passion for crafting experiences that truly matter.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the design vision and execution for critical delivery and logistics products, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.

* Collaborate closely with cartographers, engineers, and product managers to translate complex operational needs into intuitive user experiences.

* Conduct in-depth user research and prototyping in a studio environment to deeply understand customer behaviors and needs.

* Design high-quality, user-centered solutions for mobile delivery platforms, in-vehicle tools, operational station tools, and systems supporting navigation and fulfillment.

* Drive the creation of design concepts, case studies, documentation, mockups, and style guides to ensure consistent and excellent visual design.

* Present and articulate design decisions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

* Identify customer needs, build products to address those needs, and guide them through successful launch.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of professional design experience.

* Demonstrated experience presenting designs and collaborating effectively with all levels of an organization.

* Proven ability to identify customer needs, build products to meet those needs, and successfully launch them.

* Strong visual design skills, showcased through a portfolio of design concepts, case studies, documentation, mockups, and style guides.

* An online portfolio or samples of work on your resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns across desktop and mobile devices.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering with individuals at all organizational levels.

* A track record of completing complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance and reacting with appropriate urgency to time-sensitive situations, or experience with end-to-end project management.

* Experience collaborating directly with developers for the successful implementation of designs.
