Our client, a pioneer in delivering cutting-edge solutions, is seeking a talented individual to join their team. This is an incredible opportunity to leverage your expertise in data engineering and reporting to provide crucial insights that shape strategic decisions and optimize large-scale operational initiatives. As a key contributor, you will empower leadership with clear, actionable data, directly influencing the efficiency and predictability of complex projects across their expansive operational footprint. Partnering with Aquent, you'll step into a role where your work directly translates into enhanced visibility, streamlined processes, and a stronger data-driven culture.

This dynamic role focuses on developing and maintaining advanced reporting and business intelligence solutions that provide end-to-end visibility into critical infrastructure initiative delivery. You will be instrumental in transforming complex milestone, risk, dependency, and implementation data into clear, actionable dashboards. Your work will directly inform execution, governance readiness, and leadership decision-making, ensuring consistent and trusted reporting across initiatives, regions, and programs. By constructing and maintaining robust data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models, you will ensure data reliability, scalability, and accessibility, significantly reducing manual reporting efforts and improving operational rigor.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Transform initiative data to clearly illustrate the impact of initiatives on critical operational sites and timelines.

* Design reporting frameworks and data models that enable seamless rollups from individual initiatives to program- and portfolio-level views for leadership.

* **Data Engineering & ETL:**

* Design, implement, automate, and maintain ETL processes that extract, transform, and load data from various sources into reporting datasets.

* Write and maintain logical and physical data models to support scalable, repeatable reporting.

* Modify and optimize existing data structures and pipelines to improve performance, accuracy, and usability.

* Test data pipelines and reporting outputs, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrections as needed.

* **Standardization, Governance & Quality:**

* Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance, including validation of system configurations, metric definitions, and reporting logic.

* Partner with tooling and engineering teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.

* Support governance and leadership reviews by producing executive-ready dashboards and summaries that clearly communicate delivery status, risks, and decision points.

* **Collaboration & Communication:**

* Partner closely with Initiative Delivery and Portfolio Efficiency PMs.

* Work with senior management, technical teams, and stakeholders to determine data requirements and reporting approaches.

* Translate complex delivery and operational data into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.

* Continuously improve reporting solutions based on feedback from delivery teams, governance partners, and operational leadership.

**Required Qualifications:**
