Quality Control Technician - 2nd Shift

Pay Range: $25-32.50/hr

Duration: 12 months

Active or inactive security clearance preferred

Interim secret clearance required to start position.


Summary

  • Performs all types of inspections to support all phases of assembly and manufacturing.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of blueprint readings/interpretation, math and instrument reading as well as a complete understanding of wiring diagrams.
  • Must know how to use basic measuring equipment and instruments used to continuity check various assemblies/components including basic personal computing literacy.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of all paperwork/documentation associated with the aforementioned inspection functions, also must be able to properly document in a neat and legible manner, all types of errors or discrepancies found.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of the correct procedures to follow and precautions to take when performing their work in order to prevent damage to equipment and/or material and injury to self and/or others.
  • May require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Must maintain a neat and orderly work/inspection area.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.



2nd Shift Position

Schedule: Mon-Thurs (4pm-2:30am)

Will train for 2-3 months on First Shift hours (6:00am-4:30pm)


Basic Required Qualifications:

-Interim Secret clearance required prior to start

-HS Diploma or equivalent required

Desired Skills:

-Cleanroom Experience

-J-STD-001 certification (active or inactive)

-IPC-610 certification (active or inactive)

-MIL-STD-883 experience
