Position: Pricing Coordinator
Duration: 12-months contract with possible extension
Location: Nashville TN USA 37214
Shift: 1st Shift, 8am-6pm EST, Mon-Fri
Industry: Industrial filtration and Manufacturing industry

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour on w2

Job Description:

Summary:
Supports North America pricing teams' on-going rhythm of business by planning, executing, supporting and improving selected activities under limited supervision.

Responsibilities:
Plans and contributes in the execution of periodic and repetitive activities such as marketing events, price and product analyses and communications (i.e. publications, newsletters, etc.) Updates and manages reports, trackers and dashboards, identifies and implements improvements in the process.
Manages the selected systems & databases including tasks associated with access, maintenance, troubleshooting and moderation.
Owns resolution of selected operational inquiries rooted from stakeholders, channel partners or vendors on routine systems, processes and tasks. Works internally to coordinate response to others.
Gathers, compiles and draws conclusions from information captured through primary and secondary research.
Outlines presentations and other communications, compiles required content in collaboration with others.
Could take the lead on portions of projects where it is well defined. Trains new employees and acts as an informal resource for colleagues in areas of responsibility.
Provides support on other duties as assigned.

Specific Job Responsibilities:
Support internal (sales team) and external customers (emails, voicemails, calls) Research and troubleshoot issues.
Follow through to resolution and communicate findings with customer (internal / external).
Process new account rebate requests, Lead coverage for both Pricing & Rebates shared inboxes, and Review / Approve rebate center registrations

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Additional notes:
This role includes a variety of daily administrative responsibilities. In addition will be responsible for monitoring and managing a shared mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
In addition to routine tasks, the role requires the ability to shift priorities as needed and effectively pivot in response to changing demands.
The candidate will regularly coordinate across multiple teams to support operations and ensure alignment on deliverables.
Strong communication skills are essential, as this role will also involve occasional outbound phone calls to gather information, provide updates, and support client or internal needs.
This position follows a hybrid schedule, with flexible working hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Candidates are required to work onsite in Nashville Tuesday through Thursday and must reside within a 50-mile radius of Nashville.
This role will remain hybrid and will not transition to a fully remote position-please do not submit candidates seeking remote-only opportunities.
The training period will consist of five full days onsite. Once the hiring manager determines readiness, candidates will participate in a 45-minute panel interview conducted via Zoom.
