Coke Florida is looking for a Plant Manager based out of our Hollywood location, working Monday - Friday with occasional nights and weekends.
What You Will Do:
As the Plant Manager for Coke Florida, you will be accountable for leading the technological and cultural transformation of a large operation and delivering all operational strategy and outcomes within the manufacturing facility. This role provides functional leadership and oversight for the Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations across the entire plant.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- This leader operates as a business owner-driving performance, building capability, integrating high-speed production with advanced automated warehousing systems (e.g., Vertique, ASRS), achieving key performance measurements related to personnel safety, quality and food safety, service, and cost, while continually improving process reliability and Supply Chain performance.
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration and data driven decision making.
- Develop initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety standards and ensure achievement of manufacturing goals
- Lead, develop, motivate teams, fostering a highperformance culture.
- Collaborate with Technology, and Engineering in on-site design and supporting construction, operation, improvement and maintenance of manufacturing assets, warehouse automation, WMS, technologies, and processes.
- Collaborate constructively across departments to implement changes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Work with Sales for planning and forecast of new business
- Optimize production capabilities to achieve customer satisfaction while attaining operating cost and goals
- Partner with Human Resources to develop a succession plan while supporting employee development, employee engagement, policy development and retention.
- Responsible for Plant financial P&L performance, directs, manages, and monitors the overall plant operations.
- Regular meetings with customers and community stakeholders to monitor relationships, re-affirm strategies linked to needs, and steward the business value created for customers and the community.
For this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive management leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or production environments.
- Prior manufacturing leadership experience is required; food and beverage industry experience preferred
- Lean / Continuous Improvement experience
- Prior warehouse leadership experience is required; Automated Warehouse experience with ASRS, AGV's and or LGV's, and Vertique preferred
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate longterm vision into actionable operational plans.

- Strong understanding of budget development, financial management, and costcontrol strategies.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills, with a track record of improving operational performance.

- Highly collaborative, teamoriented leader with a solutionsfocused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced production environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust, credibility, and alignment across teams.
- Manufacturing, transportation warehousing, and distribution experience within the Coke system preferred
- Engineering experience is a plus.
