The final salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications. Those with 8 years or more of required experience can expect offers up to the midpoint of the salary range. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead and manage the recruitment efforts for key roles within Metra, closely work with hiring managers and Human Resources representatives to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that attract top talent, and function as a team lead providing mentorship and ensuring the recruitment process aligns with the company's goals and values. The primary duties include:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters including conducting regular team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies, challenges, and successes; and providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities.Source candidates and create talent pools using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies and advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches and AI-driven recruitment tools, to identify passive candidates and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings.Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, fit, and potential.Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Perform otherrelated duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
