- Level I: High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Level II: Diploma/GED + 1-2 years of production experience
- Level III: Diploma/GED + 3-5 years of experience with advanced skills
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production goals
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Work Environment & Requirements
- Non-climate-controlled production/warehouse setting
- Lift up to 50 lbs and work around moving machinery and forklifts
- Safety-sensitive position requiring reliable, on-site attendance

What You'll Be Doing
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Support production output and meet daily deadlines
- Load/unload materials and stage finished goods
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in production zones
- Enter accurate data into the Plant Data Entry (PDE) system
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Assist machine operators and follow work instructions and schematics
Level-Based Responsibilities
- Level I: Perform basic production tasks such as stripping, palletizing, and staging while learning processes
- Level II: Assist with machine setup, quality checks, and minor troubleshooting; support workflow improvements
- Level III: Independently operate machinery, perform complex setups and changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and mentor team members
