Location: Urbana, OH

Schedule: 12-hour | Rotating Shift | 6 AM - 6 PM

Pay: $22.04 - $28.00 per hour

What You'll Do:



  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on molds, hot runners, controllers, and production equipment
  • Support production operations with mold changes, insert changes, machine start-ups, shutdowns, and blocked part recovery
  • Troubleshoot and repair parts handling equipment, automation systems, and electrical/wiring issues
  • Respond to machine alarms and assist with resolving production line issues in real time
  • Set up and maintain parts handling systems, automation guarding, and production line formats
  • Manage preventative maintenance programs for molds, parts handling, and automation equipment
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including mold condition, press schedules, and vendor shipments
  • Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate ordering with purchasing
  • Perform precision measurements and ensure equipment and tooling meet specifications
  • Support engineering projects, mold qualifications, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain organization of tool areas and assist with general production floor support as needed



What You Bring:



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or as a setup or maintenance technician is preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, and automation)
  • Experience with precision measuring tools and basic math skills
  • Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate ownership of production outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to learn quickly
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliable attendance
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
  • Manual dexterity to install, repair, and adjust equipment in a production environment
  • Willingness to complete required safety trainings (forklift, lockout/tagout, arc flash, CPR/First Aid, hazardous communication
