What's Required to Get on the Floor High school diploma or GED required; tech school or machining certification preferred. At least 8 years running manual or CNC machines, lathes, or mills (Haas, Mazak, Okuma a plus). Know your blueprints, your math, and your measuring tools. Steady hands, sharp focus, and a safety-first mindset. Able to lift materials and stay on your feet through the shift.
