Project Manager - AI & Technology Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite/week) Pay: $50.00-$54.00/hour Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support an enterprise-wide AI and machine learning initiative. In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects within the INDIGO program, driving execution of foundational AI workstreams and supporting agile transformation efforts. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering AI-driven solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with business goals Develop and manage hybrid project plans (Agile + traditional methodologies) Lead Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) and coordinate workflows Manage resources, capacity planning, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery Identify risks early and drive proactive mitigation strategies Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and communication tools Support portfolio governance through structured reporting and execution Facilitate training and adoption of AI solutions across teams Conduct post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement Qualifications Proven experience managing AI, IT, or technology projects Strong expertise in Agile/SCRUM and hybrid project management methodologies Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to manage complex, global projects and stakeholder expectations Preferred Skills Understanding of machine learning, AI applications, and system architecture Experience with change management and AI governance frameworks Ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused solutions Forward-thinking mindset with passion for AI innovation Additional Details Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Waltham, MA) Fast-paced, high-visibility role supporting enterprise AI strategy Click "Apply Now" to lead cutting-edge AI initiatives and help shape the future of technology-driven innovation.
