These are the qualifications that matter.

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred
• 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in an automated manufacturing environment
• Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems
• Proven success improving equipment reliability and maintenance performance
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

• Background in welding and metal fabrication
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours)
• Ability to travel internationally for training as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for CNC machines, robotics, and facility systems
• Ensure equipment uptime, safety compliance, and regulatory adherence
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, inspections, and reporting
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing maintenance team
• Analyze KPIs, downtime, and incidents to drive data-driven improvements
• Implement cost-effective maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
• Serve as the primary maintenance contact for production and leadership teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and 5S principles
