Position Profile The Associate Director, Pipeline Forecasting & Analytics is an integral part of the Corporate Strategy team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. The role will report to the Sr. Director, Pipeline Forecasting & Analytics. The role is responsible for Global Revenue Forecasting & Analytics for the development stage programs (across oncology & neuroscience). The role will partner with various cross-functional groups to develop, articulate, and maintain these revenue forecasts. This position requires a qualified professional with experience working in a corporate and/or consulting setting. The candidate should have a track record of supporting business decisions, establishing processes & collaborations, guiding team members through assessments, and preparing/ presenting to the senior management. We are looking for someone who combines strategic mindset, excellent problem solving, natural curiosity, humility, and a strong work ethic to join our team. The candidate should have experience working in the biopharma industry with a solid working knowledge of the industry value chain. The role will work with various cross-functional groups to develop, articulate, and maintain a viewpoint on a development stage molecule or program's commercial potential and overall value. The role will primarily work in partnership with Early & Late-Stage Development Teams, Global Commercial Development, Portfolio Management, and Regional Commercial to inform the decisions at R&D Governance, Portfolio Committee, and Strategic Planning. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $166,400.00 - $249,600.00 Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis. At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
