Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Aerospace Group) will directly impact organizational capabilities through a quality hiring and selection process that provides the appropriate mix of skills, talent, and diversity. The individual will be involved in sourcing, interviewing, and screening applicants, and other related selection activities. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a strong track record of creating and delivering sourcing strategies and full cycle recruiting for a variety of positions. This position will be based in Glendale, AZ and will support the hiring needs of this site (400 team members), reporting directly to Glendale HR Manager. This site is part of Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division in Parker Aerospace group. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner in the development and implementation of our talent acquisition and recruiting strategy. The individual will use their skills to create compelling job postings, source and network with passive and out-of-area candidates, and drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles at all levels while working closely with hiring managers.
