Rockland Trust is seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Senior Business Analyst to join our Loan Operations team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who brings deep expertise in business analysis, loan operations, and project management. The successful candidate will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring loan-related systems and processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant. Additionally, this individual will serve as project lead for coordinating, testing, training and implementation of all operational system, Bot workflow alignment, and report development for Loan Operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced banking environment and is passionate about solving operational problems through data and process optimization. Key Responsibilities
