Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following Qualifications & Experience:



  • some college credits earned
  • 0-2 years experience in sales support, business development, operation, marketing coordination, project coordination
  • Experience working with CRM (Insightly, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and/or sales process tracking
  • Knowledge of M&A, strategy, consulting, or business development
  • Exposure to M&A, strategy, consulting, or business development (professional, academic, or internship)
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Asana, and Harvest
  • Excellent written communication skills, including copywriting and editing
  • You will work remotely Monday-Friday in this part-time role.

Description

CFHS is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized early-career professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist (Entry Level).



This position offers meaningful exposure to a national network of non-profit human services and behavioral health executives, providing valuable industry insights and relationship-building opportunities.


Candidates with a strong interest in sales, consulting, and/or healthcare Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) will thrive in this role. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a collaborative and mission driven organization.



This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in business development within a fast-paced consulting environment.



The Business Development Specialist will support day-to-day operations, including:



  • lead generation
  • CRM Management
  • proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) development
  • marketing execution, and
  • administrative coordination


Perform other duties as required and pertinent to the mission of the organization.


Earn $20.00 per hour.
