As a Medical Records Coordinator and Central Supply Clerk the essential functions of your roles include the following:

• Maintain health records of all Guests in the facility in a secure manner and in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

• Maintains and updates filing system for medical records department.

• Maintains up-to-date records of individuals allowed to view Guest records.

• Responds to requests for medical records from outside the facility.

• Receives, stores, labels and maintains various medical supplies in storage areas.

• Assures that orders are correct and bills are submitted for payment.

• Stocks nurses stations and resident rooms with supplies.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. One year experience in a central supply or similar role and 1 year experience in record keeping or similar role. South Dakota CNA license preferred but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
