Overview

Overview: This position is for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide project and engagement coordination support for the outreach program. This role will focus on managing key logistical tasks, ensuring smooth communication between EB Programs' teams, building training materials for the Outreach team, and maintaining accurate records.


Responsibilities

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Incentive Qualification and Post Install Verification Support
  • Provide outreach team support with equipment qualification Q/As.
  • Building/maintaining the engineering/outreach office hour Question/Answer database
  • Prescriptive incentives PIV management.
  • Coordinate development of TA Training courses:
  • Help identify training topics for TAs
  • Coordinate curriculum development
  • Manage training platform
  • Internship Training/Activity Coordination
  • Develop training worksheets for interns
  • Coordinate intern shadow schedule
  • Manage/Coordinate Insider
  • Coordinate insider content planning w/TA Manager
  • Gather & submit all content for Insider
  • Periodically create content for blog/insider
  • Outreach Support
  • Provide outreach team support with equipment qualification
  • Help identify training opportunities and coordinate training sessions for outreach team
  • Create and maintain measure one-sheets reference guides
  • Home & Here Program
  • Review Installation manual for program variation gaps
  • Provide support to program team during implementation
  • Outreach Event Coordination
  • Communicate with marketing for Eventbrite pages and items needed for events.
  • Locate and book venues
  • Live and webinar event calendar maintenance
  • Track registrations and coordinate with necessary teammates on needs
  • Potential Additional Responsibilities (Based on Time Availability):
  • CRM and Master List Integration:
  • Input updated information into CRM, including contacts, services, and other details.
  • Maintain the master list by gathering updated addresses, service territories, and business details.
  • Develop comprehensive service lists for each Trade Ally.
  • Reporting
  • Track CDP participant projects
  • Work with data team to create lists for contractor recruitment
  • Note: Additional tasks may be assigned based on program needs and time availability.

Qualifications

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
