A Brief Overview The Recruiting Manager oversees all recruiting-related activities and processes for CGL facility management, supports staffing goals, and drives short-term and long-term recruiting metrics and company initiatives. The Recruiting Manager is responsible for managing a functional recruiting team with multiple direct reports and is charged with direct day-to-day recruiting operations, goals, and client satisfaction to ensure a pipeline of talent exists for employee roles. The role requires a focused on operational excellence who actively collaborates with hiring managers, leaders and HR. This role significantly influences the execution of employee hiring strategies; consequently, the recruiting manager will participate in the design of the overall recruiting strategy for CGL.
What you will do
- Provides direction, leadership, and talent development within the Recruiting team; sets the framework, environment, and opportunities for team members to develop their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Recommends innovative recruitment solutions and assisting in implementation in the market.
- Utilizes tools and services to support Talent Acquisition's Guiding Principles, including measurement, coaching, transition and onboarding support, team effectiveness, and consulting.
- Presents macro-level data and analysis to influence the direction of the organization; conducts trend analysis for the current process and future proposals and the implementation of broader target acquisition goals.
- Implements processes, products and services that support strategic and business direction with a long-term impact on achieving business talent goals.
- Trains recruitment staff and others as applicable on sourcing techniques, compliance and overall best practices.
- Acts as lead for reporting recruiting metrics, recruiting forecast and strategies using various data cuts and reporting intervals.
- Audits and conducts process improvement evaluation of recruitment process.
- Compiles & analyzes data and metrics to support business decisions and plans.
- Creates and oversees Process Recruiter Incentive Plan and/or annual goals to support identified recruiting metrics (as applicable).
- Manages full cycle recruitment efforts for all career levels.
- Identifies recruiting sources and assesses new talent and develop leading-edge methods to attract diverse talent.
- Builds collaborative partnerships with HR and Operations leaders, Executives, and Hiring Managers to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads
- Monitors and audits region openings and delivers a comprehensive plan to address critical staffing needs to Hiring Managers and the Director of Compensation, Recruiting, and Retirement.
- Identifies recruiting opportunities by researching new sources for talent, cultivating relationships with industry professionals, and networking with trade schools, post-secondary educational institutions, and staffing agencies as appropriate.
- Represents the Company at public events, such as job fairs, technical schools and community job outreach programs.
- Works closely with the Marketing team to leverage social media, multiple network sources, online tools, industry relationships, and community involvement to identify top talent and promote the Hunt brand.
- Manages the Recruiting Team; develops and implements goals, monitors performance, develops, coaches, and demonstrates commitment to the success of the recruiting team in the achievement of expected outcomes.
- Manages vendor and third-party agency relationships, contract renewals, and negotiations to ensure seamless vendor communication, compliance, and the achievement of recruiting goals.
- Provides hands-on recruiting support and recruits open requisitions as needed.
- Supports Diversity and Inclusion strategy, data requests, report creation and analyses.
- Supports AAP and annual reporting.
- Completes all required compliance, safety, and developmental training as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Human Resources, Administration, Management, or related field Required
- 4-6 years of full cycle corporate recruitment experience Required and
- 4-6 years Recruiting or HR management experience. Required and
- Must have experience in partnering with hiring managers, and have strong written and oral communication skills. Required
- Highly self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Be an excellent critical thinker with exceptional communication and analytical skills.
- Advanced Computer skills in MS office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong candidate sourcing background
- Strong knowledge of best practices for recruiting, interviewing and extending offers
- Collaborative and creative team player.
- Requires a self-motivated, team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills who pays close attention to detail and who can prioritize in a fast-moving environment with excellent consulting, client management and business literacy skills.
